The design of UX and UI for disabilities
My thesis project stems from an interest in the user experience and how to make a product or service accessible in the digital environment.
A person is disabled because an inaccessible context makes him or her disabled. We are all disabled when a context does not allow us to perform an activity.
This project has a key point: design must start from disabilities, because we often come across solutions that are not only more inclusive but also better than the norm.
Attending the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna was the best experience I have ever had, walking through corridors full of creativity and working in such a diverse environment stimulates and repays every effort.
